I was asked by the fabulous Prompety Prompt to contribute a spoken word piece to their podcast, which gives writers a set of prompts to use to create their work. The one I found most inspiring was ‘Someone keeps sending you severed heads of birds’ (yes, that might well mean I’m slightly weird, but what’s a girl to do?).
